HDR10 – CDU Register of Supervisor

Research degree supervisors must complete this form to register, re-register, or update their registration as a supervisor.

• All relevant answers must be completed. Depending on your response to a given answer, additional information may be required. You will be unable to continue until the required answers have been completed.
  

• Progress on this form can be saved and completed at a later stage.

• When selecting 'save and continue later', a link will be emailed to you, that enables you to return to complete the form.

Workflows:

Workflows have been enabled with this form to facilitate authorisations and signatures as follows:

1. Once you submit the form, the form will be sent to the faculty for endorsement.

2. Once your Faculty/School has endorsed, the form will be sent to Research Degrees for the endorsement from the Dean of Graduate Studies

3. Only once your form has received all the required endorsements and processed in the Research Degrees Office, will you receive the outcome to your request by email

As per the Higher Degree by Research - Supervision Procedure / Governance Document Library , the Principal supervisor must be active in research and publishing in, or otherwise making original contributions to, a relevant field or discipline. For example, has five or more peer-reviewed research publications or research outputs including Non-Traditional Research Outputs (NTROs) in the last five years.
